Lungs: When you are stressed you will increase the breathing that can lead you to have shortness of breath. The muscles in your body feel tense.

Gastrointestinal: You may have stomach aches, nausea, vomiting, constipation due to stress.  You may have chronic heartburn and ulcers. This may result in weight loss. You may end up having vitamin deficiency in your body.

Fertility Issues: hormones can change your menstrual cycle and your reproductive system is affected. Chronic stress affects both men and women that result in infertility issues. Chronic stress can also result in low sex drive due to fatigue. Erectile dysfunction leads to low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.

Muscles: Due to chronic stress your muscles are tensed which can lead to back pain and headaches.
